The mistake a lot of people make is attempting to manifest desires that are too big for their mind's frame reference of what is possible which leads to a cycle of failure and hopium (hopeful opium).
Jimmy Kolb Sets World Bench Press Record 612.5kg
On Feb. 4, 2023, during the 2023 International Powerlifting Association Jimmy broke the world record for the heaviest bench press, benching 612.5kg, CRAZY.
Serious question, could you bench 612.5kg like Jimmy did?
Unless you’re the Hulk, you probably can’t and that’s because you haven’t been training like Jimmy has consistently for his whole life.
This serves as a powerful comparison for manifestation which I’m sure is already clicking your wonderful mind.
The excitement of potential
When you first learn about the wonders of manifestation, you read the books, watch the podcasts and hear the success stories, and this got you excited about everything you could achieve, beyond your wildest dreams.
So naturally, you began trying to manifest those wild dreams, and here is where the mistake lies.
This is the mistake that many make, and few will ever realize.
The mistake
You are trying to bite off more than you can chew without realizing that the mind has to be trained incrementally before taking on heavy duty.
There are no “big” or “small” desires in reality, but those parameters do exist in your mind and because of that, you would be wise to work with them.
It is easier to climb up to the top of a mountain as opposed to jumping in there in one move.
It is easier to bench 612.5kg when you’ve benched 600kg > 500kg > 400kg > 300kg > 200kg > 100kg.
Trying to manifest $10,000 pm when you make $500 pm is like hopping into a Ferrari with no driving experience, this isn’t fast and furious….
The dangerous part is, if you are making this mistake you will be trapped between two places; the excitement of your potential reality and the continuous failure to manifest that reality which creates a terrible cycle.

How to build manifestation muscle
If you follow these easy steps, you will not only manifest quicker but you will be able to manifest bigger because we are creating conviction which is the glue between you and your desired reality.
1. Determine the current parameters your mind is in. This is not what you consciously think you want but more than likely what you went through in childhood.
2. Determine with crystal clear clarity your main goal.
3. Take your main goal, and break all the checkpoints that lead to the main one, for example; $10,000 pm - $7,000 > $5,000 > $3,000
4. Then begin at checkpoint 1, and begin doing the work to manifest that, then the next one, and so on.
It’s important to note that with every successful manifestation, you build confidence and conviction which is the elixir of manifestation so small wins have exponential returns.
